The thermometer has a 160 mm cabinet and a 350 mm long, 8 mm wide stainless steel stem that contains the bimetallic coil. Manufactured to a tolerance class 1, according to EN 13190. It is suitable for the chemical and petrochemical industries, oil and gas industries and other harsh and aggressive environments. IP65 degree of protection.

The 55 series of fully stainless steel bimetallic thermometers are designed for temperature indication in chemical and petrochemical industries, oil and gas industries and in various harsh and aggressive environments. Scale ranges from -70 to 600°C and these thermometers can be used in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 to 70°C. Display width ranges from 63 to 200 mm while stem length ranges from 63 to 200 mm. The stainless steel design makes them suitable for a maximum operating pressure of up to 25 bar (363 psi). These thermometers are manufactured to a tolerance class 1 in accordance with EN 13190.
