Magnaflux Ultragel II is an industry-leading, high performance ultrasonic couplant with medium viscosity gel for flaw detection and sizing, thickness gauging, flow metering and acoustic emission testing. Widely recognized as a dependable general-purpose couplant, it offers outstanding acoustic performance, slow drying for extended inspection time, high corrosion protection and thixotropic properties that help it cling to vertical and overhead surfaces. Ultragel II is nuclear grade with low halogen and sulfur levels, contains propylene glycol and glycerin, and meets a comprehensive range of specifications and aerospace approvals, making it ideal for critical aerospace, nuclear, weld and composite inspections over a broad usage temperature range of -10 to 210°F (-23 to 99°C).
