1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery
The item is not custom-made, specially sourced, or non-cancellable
Return has been approved in writing by our team before shipment
Note: Custom, made-to-order, or imported items are non-returnable unless the product is defective or delivered in error.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
Email info@indspare.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
All returned items must be securely packaged. Products damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for refund.
3. Refunds & Inspection
Once we receive and inspect the item:
Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days
Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method
A restocking fee may apply in certain cases (we will inform you in advance)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and order details
We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund
