Description
The gauge model 213.53 is designed to measure gas and liquid pressures within the range of 0 - 7 bar (0..100 psi). The gauge has two measurement scales: in bar (black) with a scale division of 0.2 and in psi (red). The measurement accuracy class is 1.6. The robust gauge body is made of stainless steel, while the connection material is brass (gases and liquids must be compatible with brass). The manometer has a connection point located below the gauge. The inside of the gauge is filled with glycerine which allows to use it under severe conditions accompanied by vibrations and pulsations. This pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as for hydraulics or compressors. As a rule of thumb, please select a pressure gauge that has a rating scale of at least 25% higher than the maximum operating pressure.
Pros and cons:
- The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges
- Reliable and cost-effective
- Design per EN 837-1
- Severe operating conditions connected with vibrations
- For gaseous and liquid media
- Two measurement scales, bar and psi
213.53 Series
The 213.53 Series pressure gauges are available with a vertical or horizontal type connection. The pressure element is a bourdon tube. The gauge diameter is 50, 63 or 100 mm, the accuracy class 1.6 for steel housing and 1.6 for Stainless Steel housing. The measurement range for the gauges of this series is from -1 to 400 bar. Scale division ranges from 0.05 to 50 bar. The gauges are made of Stainless Steel, the window material is made of polycarbonat, the connection has a thread size of G 1/4 inch or G 1/2 inch and is made of brass. Make sure that your medium is compatible with brass. The gauges can operate at temperature -20°C to + 60°C.
A calibration certificate is not available.
