Description

FTC23 ball float steam traps are ideal for demanding applications, featuring a robust carbon steel body with a stainless steel cover and advanced self-cleaning mechanisms for efficient condensate management. They are the perfect choice in solving problems caused by steam that is carrying solid and incondensable contaminants such as salts and gasses; These quickly lead to fouling and the accumulation of sediment and debris, resulting in failure of the internal mechanism. They are typically used on geothermal steam. Available in sizes DN25, DN40, and DN50 with flanged EN 1092 PN40 or(1-1/2") and (2")ASME Class 150/300 connections and also available in FTC23-07 and FTC23-23.
