Description

Siemens CPU 1214C AC/DC/relay accepts 120/230 V AC supply within 85–264 V at 47–63 Hz and draws around 80 mA at 120 V or 44 mA at 240 V; maximum currents are 480 mA and 275 mA, with an inrush current of 20 A. It provides 250 kB program memory, 750 kB data memory, 1 000 kB work memory and 8 MB load memory with expansion via memory card. Onboard I/O comprises 14 digital inputs (24 V DC) and 10 relay outputs rated 2 A, supporting lamp loads up to 30 W DC/200 W AC. High‑speed counters and pulse outputs are integrated for motion tasks. The CPU supports firmware updates, up to 4 000 program blocks and features a dual‑port PROFINET interface.
