Description

SenSafe High Range Peroxide water quality testing strip tests for high range concentrations of H2O2 in water with a single dip test method. Accurate results from 0 to 30,000 ppm (mg/L) are obtained in under one minute, making the new peroxide test strip ideal for a wide range of industries. Note: A mechanical reader is NOT required and the unique indicator is reactive only to peroxide. This test detects H2O2. For best results, run test immediately after collecting a fresh water sample. Hydrogen Peroxide is used as an oxidizer in manufacturing, as a sanitizer in recreational waters, and as an ingredient in disinfectant products. It is used to control microbial pests on indoor plants. It is also used on growing crops, and on certain crops after harvest. This active ingredient prevents and controls bacteria and fungi that cause serious plant diseases. Hydrogen Peroxide breaks down rapidly in the environment to oxygen and water, and is not expected to cause harmful effects to humans or the environment, unless the concentration is elevated.
