Description
EchoTherm™ is a cost-effective, ultra-high temperature couplant designed for ultrasonic thickness gauging and corrosion profiling from 200°F to 1000°F (93°C to 538°C). With an auto-ignition point of 1300°F (704°C), it eliminates the risk of sudden ignition and enhances operator safety. Formulated with a specialized polymer that activates at 750°F (400°C), it ensures reliable performance without requiring extreme temperatures for accurate readings. Free from Teflon, EchoTherm does not pose health hazards such as polymer plume fever and is ideal for high-temperature industrial inspections.
