Description
EchoTherm Extreme™ is a high-viscosity couplant designed for extreme temperature ultrasonic inspections, operating from below -40°F/C to above 1250°F (675°C) with no minimum temperature limit. It ensures safe, reliable testing by eliminating risks of auto-ignition and personnel exposure to hazardous fumes. Formulated without Teflon or plastic, it provides instant sound transmission and minimizes acoustic noise without melting, improving efficiency and reducing transducer heat exposure. Its low-mass composition decomposes slowly, and with proper ventilation, poses no health risk—making it ideal for high-temperature and high-precision applications.
