Description

Druck PV624 Portable Hybrid Pressure Controller base station combines the advantages of manual pressure generation with fully automatic pressure generation and control. For use with the Druck DPI620G series electrical calibrator and interchangeable PM620/PM620T pressure modules, the PV624 creates a uniquely capable, flexible, self-contained portable hybrid pressure controller. The PV624 hybrid pressure controller offers an easy and fast method to accurately maintain pressure set points. Hybrid pressure control also supports large test volumes and long battery life. With a robust design and tool-less pressure connection, the PV624 is ideally suited to perform pressure testing and calibrations in the field.

•The GENii PM620/PM620T pressure module family allows for in-the-field pressure range selection.

• PRESSURE CONTROL: Automatically select between manual pressure generation, automatic pressure generation, or pressure venting with a large test volume capability.

• The system generates and controls hybrid pressure from -0.9 barg (-13 psig) to 20 barg (300 psig).

• The system provides fully automatic pressure generation and control to accurately maintain the setpoint.

• The full-scale pressure control stability is maintained at 50 ppm of PM620.

• Accelerate to the 20 bar setpoint (20 ml volume).

• 0 barg to 2 barg (30 psig) +/- 50 ppm into 15 ml volume < 15 sec

• 0 barg to 20 barg (300 psig) +/- 50 ppm into 50 ml volume < 90 sec

• There is a built-in barometer that allows for precise measurements of pseudo-pressure.

• The barometer pressure range is 800–1100 mbar.

• The total uncertainty of the barometer accuracy is approximately 0.5 mbar.

• Barometer stability is <0.33 mbar total drift per year.

• Minimize in-the-field leaks with quick-fit pressure adapters.

• The DPI620G electrical calibrator can be connected either physically or wirelessly using Bluetooth®.

• In-the-field rechargeable battery pack replacement

• The autonomous calibration wizard stores procedures and calibration data
