Description

The INT301 Temperature Monitor from KRIWAN is a precision-engineered device specifically designed for monitoring temperatures using Pt100 sensors. Ideal for use in critical industrial applications such as motors, pumps, transformers, and bearings/gears, the INT301 ensures efficient thermal management and operational safety. Developed with reliability and user-friendly operation in mind, the monitor features a robust ABS housing and a compact design for easy front panel mounting. Key functionalities of the INT301 include dual operating modes—allowing dedicated switching points for each sensor in Mode 1 or grouped relay functions in Mode 2—making it a versatile solution for various control scenarios. It supports analogue input, variable hysteresis, easy 2-key operation, and password-protected access for secure parameter adjustment. It also boasts intelligent sensor fault response and cascade configuration possibilities, making it suitable for complex system integrations. The unit supports a measuring range from -50°C to +250°C, with a resolution of 1K and a high accuracy of ±1% of the measuring range. It comes equipped with three independent monitoring circuits, and optionally offers galvanically isolated analogue outputs (0(4)...20 mA, active) to ensure signal integrity. With a mechanical service life rated for up to 1 million switching cycles, the INT301 operates on AC/DC 24V ±10% and meets EN 60529 protection standards with an IP65-rated front and IP20 housing. The INT301 device can be programmed to operate in two ways: Mode 1: An output relay is allocated to each sensor; the switching point can be individually set for each sensor. Mode 2: The relays are allocated warning, trip and alarm functions common to all three sensors and to the analogue input. The alarm and trip points can be set individually for each sensor and for the analogue input. The alarm relay signals sensor open or short circuit. In addition to being multifunctional, the INT301 indicator has intelligent reaction to sensor failures and you have the option to enter a password. IN301 is also available with galvanically isolated analogue output (20 A 501 S21).
